Today is the Holloween Parade in Del Ray and I am in a hurry to send this out so that I can go watch the spectacle. If you've never been, its crazy fun--with the kids and the dogs dressed in halloween costumes.

Anyway, we've been open for several weeks now and have received tons of rave reviews and lots of good suggestions.

If you haven't stopped by, please do and meet Lori Andrews--the shop's manager.

She is doing a bang up job getting us organized and off on the right foot.

Following up on some of the suggestions that we have received from our customers we're introducing two new services. We hope you are as excited about them as we are.

1. GIFT WRAPPING

Are you great at wrapping gifts? Do you love doing it? If so, this part of the newsletter doesn't apply to you. However, if you are like me and hate gift wrapping and when you actually do wrap a gift, it looks like you did it with your feet, then read on....

We heard from a bunch of you that you hate wrapping gifts and wouldn't it be great if Artfully Paper could do it for you. Well...we decided that it was a good idea.

Beginning on November 15 we will begin offering gift wrapping for packages regardless where you purchased the products. Of course you'll get a discount if you bought the product at Artfully Paper and we're even going to give you a discount if you bought the present at another Del Ray shop. We'll even handle the shipping for you. We're going take the whole gift-wrapping-and-ship-it-to-the-relatives-chore off your hands.We'll have all the details worked out in a week or two, so stay tuned...

2. CUSTOMIZED EVENT PRINTING

We've been hearing from a lot of you that you'd like to have the option of having
Artfully Paper do customized event printing such as invitations, envelopes, table
cards, etc. We think that if there are so many people asking, then it's something
we should do.

Beginning November 15, we'll be offering a menu of customized event printing products.

The products will be hand-calligraphed by a local artist who does amazing work. So, if you need something for that corporate holiday party, wedding, bah mitzvah or any other festive occasion where its important to add that very special touch, you know where to go. We're working out all the details no, but should have it ready to roll out soon.

3. ROYCE FLOWERS

A note of clarification from the last email regarding Royce Flowers. Royce Flowers is alive and well and expanding its presence in Del Ray.

Artfully Paper and Royce Flowers are in cahoots to make it super easy to buy Royce Flowers. Royce has consolidated her business into the back building where she is busy cutting, clipping and arranging fabulous flowers-primarily customized arrangements and bouquets for retail and business customers.

Meanwhile, down the street at Artfully Paper, we have a big refrigerated flower case bursting at the seams with pre-made flower arrangements and individual cut flowers and bunches just waiting to be purchased for that special someone in your life.
